Monster Mash: Halloween Brew-Off

Build a Commander deck around a spooky tribe — vampires, werewolves, zombies, ghosts & spirits, or monsters/demons/Eldrazi. Flavour first: we want the scariest, most on-theme table, not the most optimised list. Any budget, any power level. Need ideas? See the Monster Mash page.

If Halloween had a commander, it’d be this guy. A five-colour horde of scarecrows shambling to life — and with Maskwood Nexus, Arcane Adaptation and Xenograft, every creature on my board becomes a Scarecrow. So every monster that crawls out of the cornfield triggers the Reaper and destroys a permanent. It’s a field of living scarecrows that tears the table apart one ETB at a time, then swings wide under Coat of Arms. Pure harvest-night horror — flavour and menace in equal measure. 🌽💀
